Essential oils have become a daily part of my life and one of my most valuable tools for taking care of the needs of my family. I love how easy they are to use, and the limitless options I have to provide care for my family that didn’t exist when I was relying on conventional means and synthetic products.
Essential oils are my first line of defense for daily wellness support, improved immune and respiratory function, emotional support, soothing sore muscles, cleansing our home, purifying the air, detoxing, flavoring our food, creating a restful night’s sleep, and so much more.
I started using essential oils when my middle child was 6 months old. He has an autoimmune disorder and was sick on a frequent basis when he was younger. Giving him medication was incredibly difficult and we were both miserable in the process. I started researching alternatives and gave essential oils a try. They worked immediately and we both liked them! Providing relief went from stressful to nurturing. And because I use essential oils for immune support, he is not sick nearly as often despite his autoimmune disorder.
The oils had such a great effect on him, so I started using them on myself and it all grew from there. I was using them for 5 of us in all the ways listed above. I also found them useful as a health coach because they are so powerful on a physical and emotional level. The right oil used the right way helped my clients and I see results much quicker.
